Therefore, this event is a crucial activity to support businesses in regaining customer access, understanding the changes in consumer behavior during the pandemic, and preparing to adapt to the new business environment after the pandemic.

Italian cuisine is widely recognized as the most popular in the world, due to the quality and variety of its ingredients and its healthiness. Italy is a country of rich diversity across its twenty regions. Every corner has a different tradition and flavor to share. Diversity is at the heart of Italian identity and lifestyle, as highlighted by “Italy is simply extraordinary: beIT”, the communication campaign launched by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Trade Agency in 26 countries, including Vietnam.
