ICHAM is honored to have supported EuroSphere – The European Art of Living Exhibition, a unique exhibition dedicated to bringing the premium European Art of Living to the Vietnam and Southeast Asia market. The exhibition has been organized by EVBN, in coordination with the EU Delegation, Embassies and Chambers of Commerce of EU countries in Vietnam.
This third edition of this outstanding event, which was, for the first time, open free for public, was held from 14th to 16th June, at the InterContinental Saigon, and presented a wide range of products from over 60 European brands in: Gourmet Food, Wine & Spirits, Fashion, Accessories, Cosmetics, Perfumery, Furniture, Automotive, Education, Tourism, and Real Estate.
The exhibition featured a variety of social activities such as conferences, fashion shows, cooking shows, a networking cocktail and a meeting with the famous vlogger, Ms. Giang Oi.
EuroSphere is a unique show of its kind in Southeast Asia that connects not only European brands and business partners but also Vietnamese and Asia consumers.
The aim of the event was to present the elegance, sophistication and high quality of European premium products, and to support European companies to find business partners in order to expand under the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement which allows more than 99% of import taxes being abolished within 7 years.
Many visitors came to indulge in an exquisite miniature of Europe and benefit from the options of this edition, since EuroSphere 2019 hosted more sectors than its two previous editions.
For the first time, EuroSphere 2019 expanded to service industries, assisting Vietnamese people who want to invest in Europe.
During his speech at the opening ceremony, the Ambassador Bruno Angelet, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, said that EuroSphere 2019 will bring the most authentic European experience for Vietnamese consumers, who are looking for quality products in their life. According to the Ambassador, with the upcoming European Union – Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), EuroSphere 2019 will become a firm premise for businesses on both sides. EuroSphere will not only be a business bridge between European and Vietnamese businesses, but also a desirable annual destination for Vietnamese consumers.
“As we take the final steps to signing and ratifying our Free Trade Agreement, this will help ensure that the first contacts our companies make at EuroSphere will become tangible business opportunities”, Ambassador Bruno Angelet claimed.
