Italian Breakfast & Aperitivo Master Class

ICHAM was delighted to bring to the F&B business community our second Authentic Italian Table event in 2022 titled “Italian Breakfast and Aperitivo Master Class” in Hanoi on Wednesday, Jun 29th at 11 AM at Culina Gastro Cafe & Modern Dining.

We were honored to have the opening speech delivered by Ambassador of Italy in Hanoi H.E Antonio Alessandro.

Through this event, F&B Import/Export businesses gained more knowledge on what truly makes Italian food Italian through the sharing of Madam Trang Le – Brand Ambassador of True Italian Taste project. Next, specific details of IGP and DOD products Made in Italy were also provided for all businesses to identify certified Italian products. Right before diving into the Italian culinary experience, Master Class of Tuscany’s Breakfast Menu was introduced under the guidance of Mr. Nico Ceccomoro – Executive Chef of Cugini Ristorante Italiano. Especially for F&B businesses, the event provided information on Italy’s local products that would fit the Vietnamese market.
