Park Hyatt Saigon is pleased to announce that Adrien Guenzi has been appointed Square One French Kitchen’s new Chef de cuisine, effective from November 2020.
Adrien Guenzi – Bringing his Michelin experience to Park Hyatt Saigon
Originally from Lyon, France, Chef Adrien fell in love with cooking in early childhood, fascinated by all the preparation of his family gathering. Growing up, he knew that the best way to satisfy his love for food was to learn from the masters. Throughout his journey, he has worked with various great chefs; in particular, Mr Emmanuel Renault, a French, 3-star Michelin chef, and the world-renowned best chef, Mr Pierre Gagnaire, both of whom sharpened Adrien’s passion for food and influenced his culinary style.
With a rich portfolio of knowledge and experience gained from working with the world’s top Michelin chefs, Adrien now joins Park Hyatt Saigon as the Chef de cuisine, running Square One – French Kitchen and bringing the world of French gastronomy to the diner’s table.
“I’m very proud to be a part of the family at Park Hyatt Saigon. I can’t wait to showcase the diversity of French gastronomy through innovative yet truly authentic dishes. As one of our core values in French cooking, meals are viewed as an opportunity to connect and spend time with the ones you love. Therefore, my team and I hope that you and your beloved ones will enjoy your time here at Square One Restaurant,” shared Adrien.
Mr Frederic Boulin, General Manager at Park Hyatt Saigon, congratulated Adrien on his new position saying, “Adrien is an experienced chef with a strong profile working with some of the greatest Michelin chefs in the world. I strongly believe that Adrien will add his specialties to our ambition to constantly elevate modern Vietnam’s dining scene. We are very excited to have him at The Park and looking forward to an amazing journey together.”
