Alis was established in 1979 by the Rinaldi family, natives of the Modena area, who created a large industrial group during the decades after the Second World war. A part from it business success, the Rinaldi’s has always had a passionate enthusiasm for the Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. For generations they have been proud owners of a fine vinegar loft with a set of choice wood barrels dating back to the XVI and XVII Centuries. Over the years, Alis has drawn on its sales organization and love of traditional Italian foods to grow its knowledge and expertise on the export markets. Alis now has a wide range of products:vinegars, oils, dressings, pasta, sauces, vegetables, spices,jams, honey, coffee, tomato products and a selected choice of wine and beer. So far our specialities are imported to more than 100 countries in the world. The company entry onto the fresh foods market in the last few years: Parmesan cheese, PDO cured ham, coldcuts and fish products. Alis confirms its status as a constantly growing company, with the main mission of promoting the best Italian food and wine tradition throughout the world.
