Deriving from D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, DP Group was founded in the year of 2013 jointly by Carlo Diego D’Andrea, a pioneer of the Italian Legal profession in China, and Matteo Hanbin Zhi, one of the first Italian-speaking Chinese lawyers with an abundant experience in cross-border transactions between China and the EU.
