This June, Opera presents the renowned summer black truffle tartufo nero estivo, which originated in the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance itself. Indulge in the brightness of texture and delicate flavor, savour the delightful boost from the combination of Barolo wine and foie gras. Black truffle is available for separate purchase per gram upon request and can be added to each selected dish in this special menu.

The menu consists of the five courses below (without black truffles).
