Overview
Since its establishment, ICHAM has set its mission to promote economic and cultural cooperation between Italy and Vietnam through visit trips, business delegations and trade exchanges between the two countries.
In particular, ICHAM constantly supports Italian and Vietnamese organizations and businesses in finding potential partners through conducting market research, organizing B2B meetings, networking events, workshops and technical seminars which focus on specific fields in Vietnam and Italy. To this date, ICHAM has been building a business network of over 100 members (by 2022) and continues to expand its network further, support and connect trade activities.
Market research & Business Matching
Consisting of a highly experienced team with deep knowledge on the Vietnamese market, ICHAM always values, protects and facilitates growth opportunities for members by assisting with market research and business matching. Services include:
- Gather and summarize information about the market, trade, economics, etc.
- Evaluate the potential of a product or service in specific areas for business plans.
- Identify the areas where a company can expand, or potential partners.
- Organize B2B meetings and networking events.
Trade Mission
In close relations with the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi, the Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh city, the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), etc., ICHAM has a diverse database of companies, fair, events, and conferences from different business sectors:
- Incoming visit to Vietnam of Italian business delegations
- Visit to trade fairs in Italy for Vietnamese buyers.
- Update about legal procedures, tax, Vietnamese customs, regulations, Vietnamese labor code from trusted sources.
- Workshops and seminars: informative sessions by selected speakers on economic, legal and trade topics.
Events Management/ Communications
For businesses and organizations such as ICHAM, events are an indispensable factor. Our team at ICHAM can collaborate with individuals or institutions to co-organize, co-host, and support in general for different events, including workshops, seminars, press conferences, networking, etc. In addition, ICHAM can provide communication support for members, partners, and more as needed and requested. In particular, ICHAM can assist with the followings:
- Establish objectives, agenda, organization of participants and other logistic arrangements.
- Contact sponsors, supporting organizations and more.
- Communicate events through our various social media channels.
- Organization and management of events in running and follow-up.
Translation/Interpretation
In the trade process between businesses in different countries, the language barriers can be a major problem. With staff fluent in English, Italian and Vietnamese, ICHAM can provide translation and interpretation services for any meetings and exchanges.
