On May 13th, 2025, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) proudly participated in the “Field Trip to Da Nang – The Great Merge: Da Nang & Quang Nam,” an event organized by EuroCham Vietnam. Representing ICHAM, Executive Director Mr. Tran Thanh Quyet joined European business leaders, local authorities, and enterprises to explore opportunities for collaboration and sustainable development in Vietnam’s Central region.
This field trip aimed to strengthen ties between the European business community and the local governments of Da Nang and Quang Nam, promoting greater investment, trade, and regional integration.
During the event, ICHAM officially introduced Italian Expo Da Nang 2025 – the first-ever Italian trade, investment, and cultural promotion event in Central Vietnam. Scheduled for November 2025, this landmark initiative will be hosted in Da Nang in collaboration with local partners and under the esteemed patronage of the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi and the Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Italian Expo Da Nang 2025 is poised to become a vital bridge linking Italian enterprises with Da Nang and the broader Central Vietnam region. It will showcase Italian excellence across sectors such as manufacturing, technology, design, food & beverage, tourism, and culture, creating a dynamic platform for business dialogue and cultural exchange.
By spotlighting Italian innovation and lifestyle, this initiative will further deepen bilateral cooperation, contribute to sustainable development, and foster new partnerships between Italy and Vietnam.
