EP 2 | Tasting The Different Styles Of Pinot Grigio Doc Delle Venezie

As part of the project “Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie 2025” campaign, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) has released the second episode of its video educational series focussing on the renowned Italian white wine, Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie.

Following Paul Vo‘s previous episode, which addressed the historical and cultural origins of this famous diversity, Episode 2 concentrates on the wine’s multiple types and flavour characteristics.

Guided by Sommelier Từ Lễ Huy, President of the Vietnam Sommelier Association, viewers are taken on a sensory journey through the five key expressions of Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie: the crisp Bianco, the traditional copper-hued Ramato, the well-balanced Classico, the lively semi-sparkling Frizzante, and the celebratory Spumante.

This episode, containing clever commentary on winemaking processes, DOC requirements, and food pairing concepts, continues the series’ vision of integrating Italian wine traditions with Vietnamese audiences by providing both information and inspiration for Vietnam’s developing wine culture.

Join us on a sensory journey through the unique styles of Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie, from crisp Bianco to elegant Ramato and vibrant Spumante—guided by Sommelier Từ Lễ Huy in the second episode of this captivating series.
