ICHAM Annual General Meeting 2023

ICHAM Annual General Meeting 2023 will take place simultaneously in Ho Chi Minh City and in Hanoi with the presence of the Ambassador of Italy  in Hanoi H.E. Antonio Alessandro and the Consul General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City H.E. Enrico Padula.

NOTE: Only members having paid in full their membership dues for 2023 (by 5:00PM, Monday February 27th 2023) will have voting rights and rights to stand for election.

For those who can not join the AGM in person, you will still participate via zoom. If you can attend the AGM, please confirm your attendance to info@icham.org and specify the venue that you will join (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh or via zoom) BEFORE 5:00PM, Monday February 27th 2023.

1.NOMINATION FORM

For candidates who are interested in standing for election to ICHAM Board of Directors for the period March 2023 – March 2026, please send your CV and motivation letter to info@icham.org BEFORE  5:00PM, Monday, February 20th 2023.

Kindly note that to become a member of the Board of Director, candidates must have high proficiency in Italian and at least 3 years of experience in Managing positions or similar. 

  1. PROXY

For members who CANNOT JOIN the AGM in person, we encourage you to submit PROXY FORM by which you can appoint another Member to act on your behalf. All proxies must ensure the following criteria:

  • Information must be filled in by hand into the prescribed form.
  • Formfiller: Company Representative of the Corporate Member or by the Individual Member.
  • Each Member can receive a maximum 3 proxy.

The proxy should be sent to info@icham.org BEFORE 5:00PM, Monday, February 28th 2023

PROXY FORM

  1. Voting procedures:

  • Votes for the accounts 2022, the budget2023and other AGM proposals (if any) will be conducted by a show of hands.
  • Votes for election of the new term Board of Director will be conducted by secret ballots.
