On March 23, 1973, Vietnam and Italy officially established diplomatic relations. Since the early 90s of the twentieth century, the political relations between the two countries have consolidated and developed rapidly. Italy has been widely known for being an active force that strengthens cooperation between Vietnam and the European Union, as well as relations with major international and financial institutions.

Since then, the two countries’ partnership has expanded actively in all areas, becoming increasingly in-depth and substantive. Since the formation of the Strategic Partnership on January 21, 2013, the two countries have made numerous significant achievements in politics, economy, culture, society, and people-to-people exchanges.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Italy, the Valentine Concert “From Italy with love” – sponsored and co-organized by the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi, is an affirmation of the two countries’ solidity and solidity in diplomatic relations. It is also an opportunity for Vietnamese people to understand more about Italy’s rich and profound art and culture, to fall in love with the great Italy and beautiful Italians.
