In the afternoon of September 8th, the Press Conference introducing “ÁO DÀI HERITAGE – THE CULTURE OF TÌNH THƯƠNG” Project has been successfully organized at Casa Italia, Hanoi.
This is a cultural project organized by Golden Heritage Co., Ltd. with the collaboration of the Embassy of Italy in Hanoi, Embassy of Vietnam in Rome and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM). The project aims at promoting cultural exchange between Vietnam and Italy in the fashion design sector through the cooperation of fashion designers from the two countries.
The project press conference welcomed the participation of Ambassador of Italy in Hanoi H.E Antonio Alessandro along with distinguished guests and famous artists. The press conference also featured performances from DIVA Thanh Lam and Vietnam’s legendary saxophonist Mr. Quyền Văn Minh.
The press conference was highlighted with the introduction of the works from Italian designer Ms. Maria Elena Di Terlizzi and Vietnamese designer Mr. Quang Hoà, artistic creations that make up the unique Áo Dài collection – designed with materials and designs drawn from their valuable experiences.
“ÁO DÀI HERITAGE – THE CULTURE OF TÌNH THƯƠNG (Ao Dai Heritage – The culture of Love)” is a project with the message of cultural exchange between Italy and Vietnam based on the core value and outstanding strengths of each country. On one hand, the project brings áo dài – a Vietnamese heritage into international fashion life. On the other hand, designers can apply Italy’s international technological quintessence into the Vietnamese traditional ao dai and thus, forming new values based on national values and present-day advancements.
